You can request a return within 7 days after receiving your goods, as per our 7-day return policy.
Your item must be unworn or unused, with tags attached, in its original packing, and in the same condition that you received it to be eligible for a return. A ticket or other evidence of purchase is also required.

You will receive instructions on how and where to mail your box along with a return shipping label if your return is approved. Returned goods will not be accepted if you don’t ask for a return beforehand.

For us to evaluate the situation and resolve it, please check your order upon receipt and get in touch with us straight away if anything is missing, damaged, or incorrect.
Refundable items and exceptions
Perishable goods (food, vegetables), customized goods (special orders, personalized items), and open canned are among the categories of items that cannot be returned. Additionally, we do not accept returns for opened sealed goods. If you have any questions or issues with your particular item, please contact us.
Gift certificates and anything on sale are regrettably non-refundable.

Returning the item you have and making a fresh purchase for the desired item after the return is accepted is the quickest way to be sure you get what you want.
7 day cooling-off period for pakistan
Despite the foregoing, you have the right, for any reason and without explanation, to cancel or return your order within 7 days if the goods are being shipped within the Pakistan. As was stated above, the item must be in its original packing, undamaged, and in the same state as when it was delivered to you. The receipt or other evidence of purchase is also required.
Refunds
Following our receipt and inspection of your return, we will get in touch with you to let you know whether or not the refund was accepted. If accepted, you will instantly receive your money back using the original payment method within ten business days.
Please keep in mind that processing and posting the refund may require some time from your bank or credit card company.
